Emphasizing usability and scalability, I leveraged heuristics, analytics, design patterns, research, and usability testing to enhance user experiences in both B2B and consumer-facing applications.

Taking a user centered approach I use user research to assist in understanding the needs and pain points of the users. After that, it's creating a prototype, testing, and iterating until we reach the best solution.
Inherently creating an accessible and inclusive product benefits everyone that uses it. I focus on products being usable by a wide range of users, regardless of their abilities, environments, situations, or contexts.
I've been the sole designer on many projects, and worked on several others with a group of designers. The products I've worked on range from mobile apps, SaaS applications, internal desktop applications, and even a web application that would let you close your mortgage from anywhere.
